Personality Profile of False Leaders: Questions of Dicsussion

 Why is there a need to address the personality of Faith leaders? There are some within the Faith movement who are not well mentally. They are charismatic leaders who appear to be normal but they are abnormal. Such personality can range from passive aggressive personality to aggressive personality. It depends upon the degree of such chronic illness. Also, it appears to be healthy, but are "unhealthy." Some of these people can be so polish on the outside, but damage on the inside. They can say all the right things even to the point of being persuasive they can convince their followers of narrative and outright lies. (2 Cor. 11:3)

Throughout this article I will begin to ask a series of questions that will shed light concerning the DNA Personality of Faith Leaders in chapter 10 of my book, "The Prosperity Gospel: Where Did It Come From?" These will be a Questions of Discussion. I would encourage many of my readers who have already purchased my book as well as those will also purchase my book as well to have it as their own personal Bible study, and group study. Even though there are many of questions within this particular chapter of my book, "DNA Personality Profile of Faith Leaders" which will explore into the mind of such individuals. One of the most important things about the personality of Faith leaders is that they see themselves as to be in the position of power concerning those who are in power. It is like a fantasy by which it is far from reality. They convince themselves that they are going to be millionaires but yet they are impoverished. Also, they carry out their fantasies by which to manipulate others in order to fulfill their financial goals and aspirations. They believe that financial gain is a means to being godly. They are spiritually and morally bankrupt.

 1. What are some personality traits which characterize many Faith leaders. (p. 29)

 2. What is narcissistic personality?

 3. What is the "image" of Faith leaders? How do they see themselves in others. (p. 29)

 4. What is the distorted images of narcissism? (p. 30)

 5. Why is it so important for people to make a fair assessment of themselves in light of who they are?

 6. Does what a person believe determines how they live their lives?

 7. How are Faith leaders so caught up within themselves at the exclusion of the poor and needy?

 8. What is the illusion of the prosperity message?

 9. What is the belief of visualization? Is it in connection with the New Age movement? (p. 31)

10. What is the doctrine of the force of faith? How does many Faith leaders interpret Hebrews 11:3?

11. Can a person utilize force of faith in order to create reality? 

12. What is "faith-filled" words? Is faith a force? Are "words" container of the force to create reality?

13. Are men are gods? (See, John 10:38)

14. What is the attitude of many Faith leaders when it comes to the sick and poor?  (p. 33)

15. Why do many Faith leaders have difficulties dealing with challenges when questioned by others?

16. Why are Faith leaders are so "indifferent" when it comes to people who are poor and sick?

17. What is the personality of a cult leader? How is it a threat to the church today?

The Sins of the People

During my sermon today, I preached entitled, "The Sins of the People" according to Amos 1:9-10 where it stated: "This is what the LORD says: "For three sins of Tyre even for four, I will not turn back my wrath. Because he sold whole communities of captive to Edom, disregarding a treaty of brotherhood, "I will send fire upon the walls of Tyre that will consume her fortresses."  The main idea of my message: "To disregard the value of people by selling them into slavery."
