The Prosperity Gospel: Where Did It Come From?: Gnostic Source? Or Spiritual Revelation?

Just several months ago I wrote an article on The Legacy of the Prosperity Gospel by which it is associated with New Thought metaphysics: that of changing one's thoughts in order to bring about positive outcome. Even though many prosperity teachers utilize as their proof-text 3 John 2 to accumulate wealth at the expense of their followers, but beneath the origins of the prosperity theology is that of hedonism and utilitarianism: that of a pleasure seeking religion at the avoidance of pain and suffering. As one African American Word of Faith televangelist Leroy Thompson of Ever Increasing Word Ministries of Darrow, Louisiana says explicitly, "Money Cometh to Me Now." I will never ever be broke again in my life. Such utilitarians will convince themselves as well as others that to avoid the reality of pain and suffering is to psychologically rehearse within their own mind that they will be prosperous by living such an robust lifestyle. In reality the only ones who will benefit from the prosperity message is the one who is teaching it; not those who are sitting under such false teaching.
I have just recently written a book, "The Prosperity Gospel: Where Did It Come From?" by which historically it is "metaphysical" in nature, but that its core values and beliefs are theologically flawed: that of its explicit denial of the essential doctrine of the Christian faith: that of the Bible, God, Jesus, the Fall of Man, and salvation. The Jesus of the Bible is a product of God's spoken word of faith. The Christ of scripture wears designer clothes. That of the theistic God is a Faith Being who have to utilize faith-filled words to create the universe (Heb. 11:3).  The whole of the prosperity gospel lacks both the content and character of the Gospel of Jesus Christ (Rom. 1:16).
My book on "The Prosperity Gospel: Where Did It Come From?: Gnostic Source? Or Spiritual Revelation" is available for purchase on Amazon.com. You can also digitally download my book as well on Kindle Books. It is a most interesting but insightful book to read. It is a must read book. I will encourage you to tell your family members, neighbors, friends, and collegiate about the book. What distinguish my book from others who have written on the Prosperity Gospel is that it deal historically with where this aberrant gospel originated from as oppose to many prosperity teachers who give a vague, but "simplistic"  revelational answers to complex issue something by which many of them are ignorant as to its historical background.
The fact of the matter there is no biblical precedence that support that of the prosperity gospel when it is seen within the historical context of scripture.
